I'm delighted to hear that the SX forum is open again, but where are the threads? I can only see the sticky threads, though the list shows thousands exist. Any ideas?

Go down to the bottom of the page, and under "Show Thread" options", choose from the "Beginning"
(Sounds like and Emerson, Lake and Palmer song)
Unfortunately all of these links appear to be dead. I understand this is an old discontinued product but I thought I would ask anyway.
Thanks,
-Steve
Unfortunately there's too many links to handle them all, but I'd be happy to copy-paste in more of the corrections if you (or anyone) comes across them! Maybe just post a list of corrections at the bottom of that thread, and if one of the mods see's them we can merge them in.
In the meantime, a search on the Parallax site for Nuts and Volts yields this:
https://www.parallax.com/search?search_api_views_fulltext=Nuts+and+Volts
The downloads search can also be used:

Using SX in the downloads search yields:

The site SXLIST.com used to be quite active and a good resource, but it looks to be in shambles now. Pity.

Could you fix this link? NV-146...................................Dimming the Lights Fantastic

I am interested in getting another SX Blitz programmer. Or I guess an SX key will work just as well (for programming purposes) I thought I remember someone had one on the forum a while back
I also have this crazy fantasy one day I'll find an original BS1 from early 90's (carrier board was 10 pin wide instead of 14 pin wide)

Please excuse my ignorance, but 'Vista' means it will work on my Win8.1 computer, right?
I know I have run it on Win7 but I don't have a Win 8 here.
Hello!
Are you by chance thinking of the Stamp D platform? That was the original BASIC Stamp. The carrier board had the contents of the original Stamp on it, plus the 9V power connectors. And of course the strange three pins that it used via a Parallel port.
I've run the Stamp software on 98 and on XP, and thence on 7 but not on 8, I did try 8 and 8.1 on the earlier laptop. It depends on the software, but you should be able to run it on whatever laptop you have there.
Yes that is the the first one. It was called the "Stamp D" by the creators. The label on the processor confirms what, ah, release it runs.
