USB scope seems to have quit

I realize the USB scope has been retired but up till today it has been working well on my computer and has done everything I needed it to do. I think mine is dead but my computer sees it when I check the com settings. I have never put more than 15 volts DC on the inputs and it all appears to be working except it won't capture a trace. I used the Prop Tool to check for hardware and it is NOT seen ( I am not sure if it should be). I ran the calibration on it from the settings menu and it says it is calibrated. I used the normal trigger, rising edge, and continuous and touched the probe to the 9 volt battery and nothing happened. The trigger level was set below 5 volts. I reloaded the computer software and still nothing. Is there something stupid I am missing?:frown:


Got a new Prop Scope and will be learning the ins and outs of that.
