RN-42 Bluetooth - What's the reason for the Double Header?

I just bought a RN-42 Bluetooth module and the header pins are clearly marked from 1 to 7 what they do, but what is the second header for?

Just FYI, I'm wiring it to a roomba. Yeah, I'm a few years late to the game.

The 2nd row of header pins is for mechanical support on a breadboard. They're connected to the same signals as the 1st row of header pins.
