Very funny. I wonder how often the iTray drops the food or hits a customer. Assuming it is hovering by the customer successfully, he has to reach for the tray, avoid touching four propellers, and as he lifts the tray off, the iTray must adjust its lift accordingly and not fly up into his face.
Likely just a flash in the pan video/PR opportunity. I don't see this replacing the time-tested sushi conveyor belt anytime soon.
