U.S. supplier of inexpensive peltier modules?

Hello.

I need a couple of peltier modules for my project, preferably, 20x20mm size.

Current price lineup is as follows:

Ebay: $3.19 for 40x40mm model, ships from China
Amazon: $9.99 for 40x40mm model, ships from U.S.
Ebay: $7.00 for 20x20mm model, ships from China.

$3.19 looks quite reasonable, but delivery will take too long.

I need 8 of them, so price difference really matters, any ideas will be greatly appreciated.

Ebay's your friend. Plenty in the US, most are in Massachusetts for some reason. $5.65-5.99 for 40x40mm
