Error in SimpleIDE-User-Guide.pdf (link not working)

SimpleIDE-User-Guide.pdf page 14 link "PropGCC Reference (Online): Opens www.parallax.com/propellergcc" does not seem to work. It tries to link to a file on Mr. Lindsay's c: drive.
