A call to post your objects in the new obex

I'd like to encourage all to post their existing objects which have been posted to the forums to the new Obex.

It's understandable that many "gave up" on the old system; loaded with spam, bad search, and faulty login, but all of this has changed.

There is a goldmine of amazing materials buried in these forums which deserve to see daylight again. I got involved with this project because I see the Obex as an important draw to new users getting involved with the Propeller. Many of us have spent time searching, then directing users to various posts hidden in the forums when this shouldn't be necessary.

Let's get these materials posted! Please take a few minutes to post those gems. If you don't feel you have time, then please give permission for that object to be posted on your behalf.

Jeff

Hmmm.. No movement so far... Ok.. You've all forced me to take more drastic measures..

    This will continue.. :):)

Where's the auto-loop control for Youtube URLs. Combined with the inability to close the window?

I plan on putting some objects translated to C once I get up to speed on SimpleIDE and shake the rust off my C experience. I did program in C for 5 years but in the last 10 years I only did a little to test PropGCC when it was in the Alpha stage. Also I want to try using the DOxygen documentation project http://www.stack.nl/~dimitri/doxygen/ to comment it.

Recognition and never having to find that forum thread about it. Also added to "Hall of Heros" List... :)

Just ONE person using it and saying it was 'good' (heck, even a "it wasn't woeful') is all I really need.

And I do think your reason about finding the forumn thread is a prettyy good prize... :-)

Hall of heros - not me - that 'title' belongs to the smart people on the forumn - Rayman as just _one_ example

    OBC,

Good grief. I'm nearly a million years old and that 'enry song is something I have not heard since I was a sprog. I could not imagine that anyone outside of Blighty would know it. You really are a collector of old bits.

Now I have to find something to put in the OBEX to make it stop!

Anyone with anything to post to OBEX should watch/listen to this first: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=39YUXIKrOFk
Just to get into the exhibitionist frame of mind.

It was number 1 on Billboard magazine's top 100 list for one week in August 1965. It knocked the Rolling Stones' "Satisfaction" out of the number 1 spot after being there for 4 weeks.

LOL.. I'm not sure Parallax will include this in the official "Recommendations for Writing and Posting Great Propeller Object", but I'm with you. :)
