Looking for Benchtop IR SMT Reflow Oven - any recommendations?

I am looking for a Benchtop IR SMT Reflow Oven to produce a number of pcbs. Most of these will have Propeller chips on them - P1 & P2 (P2 is 0.4mm pitch). Both Lead and Lead-Free is required.

I don't think it has a circulation fan. I doesn't have good temp control, it tends to melt some plastic parts that should do fine, because of infrared heating, in my opinion.
What you list there both have internal fans, which should lend to much better/even temp control, at least in my experience.
