My shiny new Spinnernet showed up today and before I screw something up I figured I better ask first!!! Do I apply power to Pin 2 on J6 and Ground to Pin3? I thought power was supplied by the USB connection but I guess that is not correct. Also, On my Prop Plug TX and RX are opposite of what is on the Spinnernet, I am assuming this is correct for Transmit and Receive to work. EDIT: Does anyone have a drawing I can look at so I get it correct?

Also his server seems to be down.........
The source files for the old server are on Google code.

The new stuff is also on Google code.

On the setting up, 192.168.1.120 is arbitrarily chosen because there aren't 20 machines on the net.
Note that most such routers are set up to share the addresses from 1.100 to 1.200, and have a subnet mask of 255.255.255.0
This means that any address from 1.1 to 1.254 is 'legal'.
It's therefore a good idea to pick an address from 1.2 to 1.99 or from 1.201 to 1.254
I just rescued my Spinneret from under a heap of junk on my workbench an thought I might take another look at it... ;-)
