Has anyone experienced a problem with carriage return being ignored when posting?

All of a sudden I can't start a new line when posting to this forum. Only this forum. Only on one machine I use, despite sharing the same forum ID on other machines. I've rebooted the miscreant machine and no luck. I am wondering if there is some strange setting I've inadvertently toggled on this machine. Has anyone seen anything like this before?

It is a new "feature" with IE 10. What will they think of next?

Win 8 Pro and IE 10 here.

Never had any issues after the $40 upgrade. I think Dr Acula and I are the only ones who like Win8.
