Oh, you're too funny! Mine's a "hateful rant" yet your response is not, and there's hardly a dime's worth of difference betwen them. I perpetrate "FUD," have made the whole question "my problem," simply for commenting on it; then I reply in kind, but it's "hateful."
It looks like we have some good reference links provided, my question regarding BSTC has a good answer, and I found out that it costs money to join the "free" software foundation...
Other than that I'll get out of the way, pop some corn, sit back and watch the fur fly...

Yes, there are some good links and information provided here. (It costs to join the "free" software foundation... touche! LOL). I'll add one last link, which is in fact many links, that one could easily spend hours pondering: Questions about the GNU General Public License. (Oh, and this one mostly for a laugh: Emacs Has Been Violating the GPL Since 2009 .)
Plenty enough has been said, the OP has what he needs, maybe more, so no need for any fur flying. Time to let it go (or so I hope).
Yes, thanks for everybodies feedback. I had the feeling that my concerns were already in the minds of the PropGCC developers.
But, I was just suggesting that it be spelled out in black and white somewhere.
At least, people now have this thread for reference.

I'm glad this thread has eased some of your worries. We took seriously the goal of making sure that code written with PropGCC would be free of any GPL requirements. A lot of how we did that was by using code that Eric generously donated. Thanks Eric!!
