The Electronics Goldmine has their surplus LC-57F rear-projection TV light engine on sale for $10:

For anyone who thinks tearing into a honkin 10-pound assembly of circuits, LCD's, polarizers, and precision optics with no intent of trying to put it back together is $10 worth of fun (well probably more like $25 after shipping) it's a deal.
While you're there don't forget to throw in a couple of laser eyes for your BOE-Bot:

I will report when they arrive but since they work from a coin cell I am fairly optimistic these fellows can be directly driven by a Propeller pin.
