Li-Ion Power Pack discharge question

I am using the 2-cell Li-Ion Power pack (#28986) with the 18650-size cells (#28987) to power my Prop Board USB (#32810) projects. What is the lowest voltage I should allow the Li-Ion Power pack go down to from the nominal 7.4 VDC voltage? Alternately, what is the recommended lowest voltage for longest Li-Ion battery life if I want the cells to last for hundreds (or more) charges?
Sometimes the Fault LED on the Power Pack comes on during a charge cycle - is this a bad thing, am I doing something wrong?

Thanks ahead of time

I've seen 3V per cell as a cutoff somewhere - it does need to be monitored per cell BTW.

This will happen the first few times that you charge these battery with this charger after that it may still do this some time
If it only happen to the same battery and no other batterys do this then
That battery may have some problem but if you have another Li-Ion charger and it charges battery out having any problem charging then this charger (#28986) just dose not like this battery I have had a few battery do this on my charger as well

I think what happen if the charging voltage goes up to slow or to fast it trips it in to the fault mode
