AP-16+ Problem

I just got an AP-16+ REV D and after applying 12 volts to the 12-24 volt input it will not stop playing my sound in a loop! Anyone had this problem and/or know how to fix it?

whoops sorry I was just unsure where to post about this product as it's kind of general but is ran by a propeller.

Parallax recommends an 18 volt power supply with 3.3 amps. You may be in a brown out loop that is resetting the microcontroller.

You dont have the loop switch in the on position do you?
