I'll pass this year since it's not (mainly) robotics and only one day. I only get one good hall pass a year... :)

Last year's two day Robotics Expo was worthwhile, I'd do that again..

Aw that's too bad Erco :\ - I was under the impression that there is an informal hackfest/welcome going on friday night - so we could make it into an informal 2 day thing

We'll be staying there Friday - Sunday

I'm going to try to make it this year. I'll have however much of my robot arm is working, hopefully a working quad, and maybe a Propeller controlled desk lamp. I should probably buy a ticket.

    (robot arm here: http://forums.parallax.com/showthread.php/145316-Well-it-s-plywood?p=1171055&viewfull=1#post1171055)

I hopefully will make it there - have a room in staybridge for Fr. and Sa. Work keeps me away from Propellers but I hope to bring the prototype of PropWare, some RAISD-Kits and the Rover if it can survive another 4 weeks. The dogs keep stomping on it and it breaks down a lot. need more stability.

    Enjoy!

Can't make it this year. I have an educational conference at the same time in Baltimore scheduled way before Parallax's. Maybe next year?

...I waited too long to make up my mind, and now I see that attendance is full!

Oh well - next year or later this year should the robotics expo be resurrected.

    Enjoy, all!

I'll be there, but you knew that already. :P

I'm showing up in Rocklin Thursday afternoon/evening, and staying until Sunday. I've got a few small projects to work on, nothing special. ;)

Absolute Nonsense!!! I just doublechecked my confirmation and before I had all of the details of the changes to the event, I had registered for my wife and daughter to attend just like last year. However, with the change to just a technical conference basically, they will probably only be swinging by to have lunch with me on Saturday. Consider your ticket reserved sir!

I'm planning to come with my son.
I reserved 3 tickets and will only be using 2.
Where to do I go to release the extra ticket to the public?

Didn't we hang out with you and your son in the late night hacktime? I think we were recording an episode of FS? (To DaveJenson that is)

And how many people are expected to come? What's sold out mean?

I'll be there along with my girlfriend Deb. We're also spending several days in the area doing sightseeing.

Really looking forward to it.

I'll be driving down this year from Bellevue. I think I'll leave Wed night to arrive mid day Thursday, and heading back Sunday morning.

If anyone wants to carpool, let me know. This will be the first time that I'm leaving the family at home. We are all heading to St Louis for the FRC nationals in the morning so two consecutive weeks of missing school is not going to work.

Congratulations to the team! The team that I mentor (#2839) were finalists at the Phoenix regionals, but didn't make it to nationals.
