Any supplier of black polycarbonate rods? (Shorter ones)

Hello.

Amazon and other retailers seem to have only in lengths of 5ft, which is way too much for me, and also expensive. All I need is 1ft of black polycarbonate rod with OD of 2 inches. Any online store around?

    McMaster has 2" black Polycarbonate @ $41 a foot, P/N 85485K53.
Interstate Plastics doesn't appear to have black, but they do have 2" in natural @ $32 a foot
Call Tap Plastics to see what they may have.
Grainger has it in clear for $52 a foot. They may have black but their search engine is horrible.

    http://www.jordanindustrial.com/

These guys have ends and surplus stock, but it varies each week. Give them a call and maybe get it for half price. Worth checking into.

    Thanks a lot.

Mcmaster looks promising, but they require registration just to browse site? :D

Nope, when I type for example "worm drive" into search, I got:

I've registered, they said confirmation email being sent, but nothing received so far :)

That's weird. I'm not registered or logged in, and I have access to their entire site, including search functions.

    Which browser are you using?

I checked, for some reason that website dislikes my home network. All computers from my home network get the same message. I've tried from work computer - it is ok.
