Parallax. Why do you have to be so awesome?!?!!

Customer support, people who actually answer the phone, answer email, interaction with those who can make decisions, quality products.

I swear I'm so spoiled that anything less just ins't acceptable!

I'm dealing with a semi-local computer company that shipped me a laptop with a bad power supply. Should be a simple fix right? Nope! Reverse all the qualities I mentioned above!

YOU'VE SPOILED ME! Thanks Parallax!

Jeff

Frankly we are all spoiled, but some of us might not admit it. Just try to find a support community for another microcontroller and it all becomes quite clear.

While I do use other microcontrollers, I pretty much have learned that I will be on my own and that I will have to fall back on a lot of the basics and concepts that I've learned here.. emphasize LEARNED HERE.

These guys are brilliant. And tolerant, and generous with their time.

I feel very fortunate that I found the BOE-Bot ~5 years ago when I tried for the "nth" time to get into electronics. Parallax's educational material and these forums made it possiable for me to learn all of these cool things. (the UPEs spoil me too ;) )

I hope you all make it to the Propeller Expo at Parallax on May 4th this year. It's going to be a nice time with good food, friendly people (you guys, mainly), and maybe even working Prop2 silicon. This year, we are separating the Propeller expo from the general Parallax expo so that it will be more focused and relaxed for people who come just for the Propeller aspect.
