Do chickens require any special care during cold weather?

It doesn't get cold enough here to justify a heater. But some mornings I have to break through the ice on the water trough.

Cool beans, Doc! I've seen some solder "sculptures" like that which function. Lights & sound, LEDs, cool stuff. Interactive stuff.

Put it in an art gallery and somebody will pay big bucks for it. Yes, seriously. More dollars than sense.

    Hmmm....
I see a future use for a bundle of brass brazing rod I have had for ages.

Maybe the zapped prop can still flash an LED on a port or two?

As an enthusiastic recycler I think this is a great idea for fried components, but shouldn't the title be "Re-purposing or Recycling a Fried Prop Chip"?

Yes, but that wouldn't be nearly as misleading. :D:D

Good point. I would have checked it out anyway, but I have to admit the title did arouse my curiosity quite a bit.

In that case, he should have inverted the photo resistor in the voltage divider so that it got louder with more light. :D
