I want to make a USB video Player with Audio-Video output...
please, help me & give me some basic information...???

    I would look in to a Rasberry PI. Something like the propeller just does not have enough RAM to do this reasonably, and getting a propeller to read from a USB key is a pretty big task in and of itself.
