[FYI] VGA, 100xM, single cog, monochrome

Just to see if it could be done, I squeezed the [thread=138654]100xH/P driver[/thread] into a single cog but had to settle for monochrome output. This demo doesn't have a UI yet, it simply dumps the ASCII buffer to the screen. Fonts for 8x8 and 8x12 are included.
