I believe we have about six or more surveillance cameras in the one block outside my door. Can't we leave a few penguins alone? It isn't as if they are about to steal something, is it.
They tried a similar thing with Polar Bears, with the cameras "disguised" as various chunks of ice. Unfortunately, for the cameras, the bears weren't easily taken in by the deception.
