Where exactly is that big antenna, and who owns it?

Trying to track down the source of noise in some oscilloscope measurements the question came up - was there a powerful FM radio antenna anywhere nearby? I had no idea, but in the process of trying to find out I ran across this very interesting web site which might be worth bookmarking for future reference if you're interested in radio type stuff.
