Chip G. is undoubtedly hatching plans for a Massively Parallel Propeller MPP chip. What features do you want to see in this dream chip?

The number of processor cogs will be important. Working machines with over 100 props and 800 cogs exist so a minimum of 1024 Cog RISC processors should be implemented. The array would hold 128 props. Interfacing is hybrid including parallel chip to chip for simultaneous program load. Each Prop has a large additive K of HUB RAM. A single ROM is accessible. Includes a low power 32x32 LED point array to indicate status of all 1024 cogs.

Is this an early April fools joke? A 128 prop/1024 cog chip would be a waste of effort. Those 100 props also have 3,200 I/O pins. This is a microCONTROLLER, so a balance between the number of CPU's, I/O pins, and memory is required.

Wilt Vine, that was not very nice. There have been great strides in propeller development related to parallel processing and now distributed parallel processing.

Agave Labs will announce very soon Internet Connectivity and Remote Access Propeller. This ingenious Propeller device harnesses the vast untapped parallel processing power of the Internet. Here at the Labs, we conducted amazing experiments and revolutionary breakthroughs in this virtual resource.

Excellent! I can't wait to try it out. Was this the result of the following earlier developments?

Universal Connectivity and Remote Access Propeller

Web Enabled Connectivity and Remote Access Propeller

    C.W.

That's right, unfortunately we had to flush the previous development.

None of these developments would have been possible without Base Utility Low Level Coordination Routines Among Propellers.

That was the research used as the basis of the FORTH Unified Low Level Open Framework for Coordination Routines Among Propellers.

Internet Connectivity and Remote Access Propeller
    Or ICRAP and then
    unfortunately we had to flush
Sounds like someone is joking to me!!!!!
