Airship: Half a Quadrotor?

Just saw this "airship" on Ebay for $45. Looks like 2 helicopters inside a frame. I'm guessing it's a clone of something popular and maybe Rich or one of the quadrotor fans here can shed some light on it. Might be suitable for indoor flying.
