I have looked, to no avail, for a replacement cap for the pictured very old and bad one.

Pins are on 15mm/0.6" centers, it's a 42v, 10000uFd Al electrolytic from an old Marantz audio amp/receiver. I know one could be rigged into to board but a direct fit would be nice.

TIA, Mike

You may have to go to 50 volts, 42 is an unusual value. The third pin might just be for mounting stability. Are any of the pins electrically connected?

Here are some which may work. The 12.5mm spaced leads can possibly be widened to 15mm or maybe enlarge the holes in the board a little bit..

Thank you Rick! My search powers are apparently terrible. Yes, the third pin was just for mount stability and they glued it to the board as well. There's plenty of room for 12.5mm spacing to work.

Their search engine can be kind of weird. When I selected 10000 uF I got zero results. I had to search for 0.01 F
