Looking for a 256 color VGA driver

I have been looking through the forum for a 256 color VGA driver...I thought I saw one in the past, but I am unable to find it now...

There are a number of threads regarding a couple 256 color VGA drivers which use the expanded VGA design (two additional 1.1k resistors) here:

what does the schematic look like for the additional two resistors?

Here's the schematic: This version has some jumpers to select between standard 64 color VGA and 256 color VGA.
