Osillyscope recommandations

Now that I've made my fortune in Obama's burgeoning economy, I've decided to unload some excess cash on an O-scope.
Short of Amazon or Ebay, does anyone have recommendations on a basic model, price/vendor/manufacturer?
I want to be able to look for noise in the circuits of an RF board, areas where someone missed/misjudged bypass/decoupling, etc.
Not that there are any problems with MY PCBs, they of course are without error.
I'm doing this for a friend (lol).

As to any left-over cash from your windfall, email me, and I'll provide an address where you can send it.

and another large screen variant is Siglent SDS1072CML (etc) - show on eBay for the ~$300 region.
Tek 2430A $275.00 including $50.00 of unobtanium also via ebay
Tek 2247 $200.00 nearly new condition my ADC Screen shot are from this one
Tek 2230 $60.00 as parts, looks like simple fix as one channel does not like alt or was it chopped?
Parts for Tek 468. Just need to cal it.
But the pickin's seem to be thinning out of late and some prices have dropped as well.
