This thing, What I want to use it with a very very loud speaker ? say 100DB could i get there, or am I stuck with that little modular speaker thing ?

    It doesn't have any speaker on it. You either need to connect one to the header pins or there is an audio jack that you can connect to an amplifier and large speaker. If you want it louder look at a larger amp and larger speakers.

    Sorry when i was referring to modular speaker i was taking about that suggested product on the shop.

    I couldn't tell that was an audio jack at first from the pict, thanks for pointing that out..
