Rapid Prototyping at Expo???

I expect we'll see some RP demos at Expo, given the interest and many threads on it. Here's a free idea for Ken or anyone else.

Let kids make name badges on site (for free) by typing their names and letting the machine print badges. I was surprised how popular my simple little robot arm printer was last year. It was limited and slow, but kids lined up 5 deep sometimes to wait to print their name on a badge: http://forums.parallax.com/showthread.php/139146-Robot-Arm-Printer-Project?p=1092590&viewfull=1#post1092590

A flat, 2D printed badge could be quite simple, almost like a model kit sprue: a rectangular "sprue" frames the badge outline, and the letters are lightly attached to the frame. Would print quickly and use minimal material.

Thank for the idea erco. I'll bring it to the Expo team. ;)
