Is Parallax Say It Module 30080 similar to EasyVR?

I have the Say It Module 30080, but not the BOE board with BS2. I wonder if I can also use the EasyVR sheild and Arduino with the Say it module.

    The EasyVR shield performs the function as the Say It. I'm not sure why you would want to use both. Code that works with the EasyVR should also work with the Say It.

    @Duane Degn - i don't have the BOE rigth now, and if i am to have one, i'll be importing. but since you said that the code for EasyVR should work fine with Say It, then i will just have the EasyVR sheild and Arduino, which is available in our country. Thanks

    @NWCCTV - sorry about that. my bad, don't know much of the rules yet. sorry
