Power Monitoring with Propeller/Raspbery Pi

I am building a house next year and wish to monitor my power usage and upload the data to my web server. I was thinking the best approach may be to get the propeller to monitor 14 toriod coils(12x 100A[2 per sub panel] and 2x50A[to monitor laundry room]) and then have it dump the stats to the raspberry pi to do all the web interactions.
I have no experience working with toroid coils though and so far I have not found economically priced coils at a reliable supplier. Any tips or suggestions?
Or better yet is there a CSA or cUL certified controller I can use for this purpose?

Not sure about the coils (tricky stuff) but on the web you might want to consider the spinneret for the web aspect. The Prop can do both the web interface and the hardware at the same time
