Propeller BOE Programming tutorial!

Hi Everyone! OK, I am brand new to the propeller boe and spin. I'm on a mac so I have to use Brad's Spin Tool. I set up propbasic but cannot figure out the programming. Is there any tutorial to download or a website with help. I've done some searching but cant find nothing! Anything helps!

I've used primarily the PropBOE. For setting it up on the mac:
