Thanks for posting this here. We really appreciate the exposure.

We have some cool ideas for it in the future, including catch and release mechanism for the Hexapod.

For those interested in seeing some pictures before they follow the link, here are some shots.

The Hexapod is a PhantomX kit from Trossen Robotics that has been heavily modified and had uses custom Cabon FIber plates we cut for it.

We will be posting up some more videos of it hopefully later today or early tommorrow.

Id really like to see video of do a landing while walking, if its possible.

What would really be cool would be to see this thing, while its walking on the ground, get as low to the ground as it can with its legs then make it come up as high as it can, still using just legs, and at the peak have it fly so it looks like the robot jumps into the air almost.
