If you mean a 2d printer, I think a 2d printout of your concept car would be disappointing. You'd want a 3d print to feel the spatial relationship of the various design elements. What might be even more fun would be to find a sporting venue with a LARGE scoreboard (at least lifesize for you car) and do some 3d renderings.
Excellent find. This looks promising especially with the carbon fiber option and five axis machining to 20-feet long, even though the car is much smaller.
Definitely 3D..
It's cool thinking about sending a full scale car to the printing company, by internet. I wonder if that's ever been done before...

I can see down the road that would be great for custom car parts and one off aftermarket goodies. Wait until the Tuner crowd starts using them to make parts.
It's only a matter of time and these big printers will produce our cars, houses, and home robots. I see this as one of the next big breakthroughs in technology after computers and the internet.
Instead of the Holodeck, a fast printer could create a new world in which we could interact.

If you have the money it looks like you could get something that would work now:

Of course, they weren't actually working models, just 1/3 sized visual replicas. Very impressive looking though.
Big as you want, partner. Check out these guys when the tour stops in your town.
