Quick question regarding P8X32A-D40 and PropStick

Hello everyone!
I just had a quick question. I'm in the process of designing a PCB and I just wanted to double check something.
I'm going to be using the PropStick (for simplicity reasons) for my current project. I need it done in about 3 more weeks and I've got to get it working. Therefore, this is the easiest way. I'm using eagle and I'm trying to design the .lbr file. I just wanted to make sure that the PropStick and the P8X32A-D40 is the same layout. If this is the case, I can just copy the P8X32A-D40 board layout file and just create a schematic part off of that.
Thanks!

Pin 10 on Propstick is tied to VSS, permanently enabling the Brown out circuit.
Pin 12 is the input for the on-board regulator. Should be supplied with 5-9 volt DC.
Pin 28-29 connect to the on-board EEPROM
Pins 30-31 connect to the on board FTDI USB Converter.
Tom,
The Propstick has a 5Mhz xtal on board.:
