$8 on sale now!
The Propeller proto board is on sale. I bought one last year and made a robot controller with it and a sn754410ne. The Propeller backpack is on sale for $29 which is a good little board.
I've noticed the I/O daughter board which I'm wondering if it works with the Propeller backpack :

That plus the backpack could make a really neat controller for a mini robot.
Right now I'm getting the dotnetnuke error too.
Scribbler S2 Serial $99.00
Scribbler S2 with USB Adapter $119.00
Either way, I think I'll be getting my hands on a deal or two.
From Pololu I bought a pair of Wixels, their mini-IMU, an I2C compass, and one of their Step-Down Voltage Regulators for a future project. Those cheap $3 24v motors are suddenly costing me a fair bit of money.
From Parallax I bought a bunch of odds and ends: Sharp IR Sensor, Boe-Bot Refresher Pack, Optical Finger Navigation (OFN) Module, 3-pin Header I/O Daughter board foir the Prop Backpack, 5 AA Battery Holder, and a bunch of mounting brackets and screws. I also bought 4-40 lock nuts which are hard to find locally, but handy to prevent parts from falling off.

Those are not bitters, I am very sure they are lagers. A totally different thing.
Now:
1) Lager generally has no taste worth speaking of and is a good drink served cold in the summer time. Pretty much every larger is the same.
2) Bitter beers all have a different smell and taste. There are many of them. They should never be served warm but if you chill them too much you miss out on the flavor.
Twenty years ago I might of expected this indiscretion from a Yank but given the explosive growth of micro breweries in the States I expect you to know better by now:)
Besides, historically when you are scraping the ice off the inside of your windows in the winter you really don't want an ice cold beer. Where "historically" means not so long ago, or even now, in Blighty.

What double meanings?

(*don't work for Parallax, just a shamelessly pleased customer!)
With about 45 minutes left on Pololu's sale, I broke down and made a fair sized purchased. Besides three Wixels (as you know, those things are great for wirelessly programming the Prop) I also purchased four of their nice geared motors with encoders. Ever since seeing the power Rich's Mecanum wheeled robot, I knew I wanted to upgrade my Mecanum robot with some better motors.
I still have several hours to decide what to get from Parallax.
Is that a misspelling or is it it another way to spell lager?
Maybe a Brit thing? http://www.theoathill.co.uk/draught-beers.aspx
Well spotted, how embarrassing.
Did that mistake get in because of my poor spelling? Or was it the lack of a spell checker on that Windows machine I was using at the time? Or is it because when it comes to beer my eyes are lager than my stomach? Or is it because I actually was thinking "larger" for some reason looking a the picture Erco posted. Or is it because British beers are physically larger?
(Imperial pint = 568ml, US liquid pint 473ml)
