This board has both quickstart header, and either 3 pin connections or narrow Propeller Platform header depending on whether a male or female header is soldered into place.
It's inspired by Phil's original Propstick, which had a neat way of soldering the D9 serial connector perpendicular to the end of the board. I've done the same with the VGA connector, with 5 pins soldered on top, 5 on the bottom, and then two "elevated" sync resistors to connect the two pins in the third row.
One nice thing - the action of soldering the connector bridges the resistors from P22 to P23, P20 to P21, P18 to P19. If the connector isn't soldered, then the VGA resistors don't interfere at all. You can see the dual pads extending under each of the first three vga connector pins.
This was made using the itead service, about $14 for 10 small boards including postage.
