TI releases a high temperature SPI flash. Available in Extreme (–55°C to 210°C) Temperature Range(1)

Slightly strange interface it seems to need two clocks and says
["(1) The ratio of fCLK/fSCK must be 6/5 or higher to insure proper asynchronous operation. Operation below 10 MHz is acceptable, however, some configuration changes are required to set proper internal timing. Please contact factory for details if planned usage is below 10 MHz."]

and I think it has no streaming read, so would need a custom loader, but you can get i2c parts in high temp too.

I see some of the Prop test curves go to 170°C, so there could be a niche companion part.

Choose your solder carefully for that temperature range!

What DO they use for solder at that temp? Is silver solder used, or brazing? Would one need a special soldering iron?

Don't know, but plenty of alloys to choose from according to Wikipedia.
