Designers and engineers are like coyotes and road runners, unfortunately for us engineers we're coyotes. Like the road runner designers are able to transcend physical laws and run into their Photoshop creations, while engineers must come to a stop or hit the screen at full speed. Yes it is a good idea to have a product look good, but I need to get a sign that reads "Free birdseed" and some Acme corp gizmo to keep them away.
