There is a Spinneret in my office here, but I've never tried using it. The best advice I can offer you at this point is to try Eric's Spin2CPP program to convert a project which uses those files. I don't have much experience with that program yet, although others have used it to successfully create C/C++ versions from SPIN code. Please try it and post results or questions here or in the Spin2CPP thread.
