I thought I would make a thread where we can disclose any really good black friday (or pre-black friday) deals.

Please only post electronics related items (Computers, TV, Gadgets, etc). Not other things (clothes, jewelry, etc).

And only deals at nationwide stores. (Walmart, Best Buy, KMart, Staples, etc)

I'm personally looking for a new Windows 8 tablet. Anyone seen any good deals on one ?

I know am just asking to get spam on this one...If this thread gets out of hand, I'll delete it.

Last year, if I remember, Parallax and Polulu cost me quite a bit in savings last year. I'm hoping for similar results this year. We do need a new TV, dishwasher and microwave for this Christmas.

not win8, but there are tons of cortex A8 tablets.
i started noticing when they reached $149, now i've found one for $65.
i will likely wait till just after xmas when the lowest $ with best screen has darwon the market
(darwon = past tense of a darwinian success)

Those Pololu 37mm DC motors (no encoders) are ~$20 after discount, and likely bolt-in replacements for Stingray motors. Here's your chance to gear yours down, I'd go with 100:1 or 133:1. http://www.pololu.com/catalog/category/116

They do fit the Stingray brackets nicely. I have a pair of the 133:1 motors on the 3-wheel bot and it's a lot easier to control.

Wow Erco that relay deal is crazy. If I wasn't already drowning in incomplete projects I would totally buy ten boxes and set out to build a relay based CPU. And they're high quality to boot. In fact I might just go ahead and order some in case I ever get a wild hair about that.

If your working on a project that needs VFD type displays, Noritake has some good deals with 40-70% off... http://noritake-vfd.com/discount.aspx They use more power than LCDs but are nice for some applications...
