3D printers made a dramatic changes in printing technology. I am using 3Dstuffmaker printer http://www.3dstuffmaker.com/ for nearly one year. I printed many amazing things with my 3D printer. When compared to other 3D printers 3Dstuffmaker printers are very easy to use and it has large print area.
Aside from posting a rather obvious (but on-topic, so I'll let it pass -- for now) spamvertisement for 3Dstuffmaker, can you share with us some of the "amazing things" you've printed? How does the stuffmaker compare with, say, a Thing-O-Matic and other printers of that genre?
Actually, his Prusa kit is a pretty good deal. He has done the leg work and saves one from the steepest par of the learning curve. Mine (built from individually purchased parts from instruction spread across the web) cost over $600 due to purchasing errors and wrong design desicions, having a complete kit with all the done and tested is a big help.
If anybody buys from this guy, let us know how it works out
I made (and posted) replacement feet for my 1950's juicer, and a better replacement wheel clip for my dishwasher. My wife believes I saved the cost of the printer from those two parts alone (she was going to buy a new dishwasher because a wheel feel off the lower basket!)
