My first attempt at a fiberglass Head/ Shell for my robot.

Didn't turn out to good but I learned allot.

Nice work, and well done. Is that a first attempt?, Cool stuff. Fiberglass is fun! :thumb::thumb:

Check this stuff out >>> West System, by West Marine , I will never go back to old school resin after using this stuff.
See the fillers that are available, I like to use the Graphite 423, but it is HARD to scrub flat, so use with caution. :)
The "Microlight 410" is da kine fillah brah... And more likely what you would want to use for a low impact Robot body part... Epoxy Strong like Bull!

What did you use for a form/mold to make it?

In nautical circles, the term "head" refers to a boat's toilet. Living in a coastal town, I had a whole different expectation of what I would see in this thread. :)
