Not sure if anyone has mentioned this yet

http://www.electronicsweekly.com/Articles/15/10/2012/54774/raspberry-pi-gets-more-memory-for-android-4.0.htm

This doubles the RAM from the launch configuration of the low cost embedded computer platform and the additional memory will allow the Raspberry Pi to run a future version of an Android 4.0 operating system.

The RAM is really what separates the raspberry-pi, from the pack of Single-chippers, so this is good news.
Claims the same price.

double ram and mounting holes :-)

Apparently any new RPi's bought from the main distributors (RS/Farnell) will have 512MB, so you may have double the RAM and not even know it :-)
