power distribution and charging

i want to have a pbase like the iroomba to charge it self but i need a curicit on the robot. it will power a hb-25 motr control a laptop pluged into a cigeret lighter socket(12volt) , a bs2 microcontroll and a ez robot microcontroller all powered from a 12 7.5am battery. i need some help designing the board any help would be apperecisate
