Propeller Board of Education text

My Grandson wants to take up programming in college. I already purchased a nice laptop for school and was thinking of the Prop BOE as a good learning tool. From the store info on the BOE it isn't clear to me if there is a "book" included with the BOE and if not, which download PDF would be suitable with the Prop BOE??

I believe there is a book in the works for the PropBOE.

Ok, thanks guys, those links are very helpful. Heck, I even tried a few from the "learn" web site on my Prop Pro Development board..(with the required changes of course)
