Where can I find this manual or download? The book I have keeps referencing it but I can not locate it.

Yea, That's the book. It keeps referencing PCMProp/Chapter_02/Source/LED_Flash.spin and other programs. I did not receive a disc with the book so I need to find out where these files are.
