Quickstart: Help Getting Started

OK. I have my Propeller Quickstart and I am anxious to get started. The problem is, I do not know where to start. With the BS2 I received a manual and was able to do the projects in it. Is there anything like that for the Quickstart? I want to just start out with the basics such as turning an LED on and off, turning some servos, etc. just to get my feet wet.
