Really? Doesn't that seem like there are all sorts of possible privacy issues? I don't think it seems wise.

    Hey, if someone has a £10,000 check (err, I guess that would be cheque) for me, they can stalk me as far as they want until they find me! :)

    OTOH, if they just hang back for awhile to ascertain my habits, that would be pretty creepy, although they'd get bored rather quickly:
    "It's 8:30. Is he at the food co-op again getting coffee?"
    "Yup. Same routine as the last three days."
    "Okay, this guy's a dud. Let's just give him the cheque and go home."
