No Mystery Bag for me :-(

I received an email today saying that my credit card had been declined for my Silver Day Mystery Bag purchase. I now realize my wife helpfully cancelled it because we'd got the bonus she was aiming for and "helpfully" switched me to another one. Unfortunately, I don't see anyway to re-order the anniversary mystery bag. Drat.
